We aim to deliver your order within 3 working days; however, in some cases, it may take up to 7 working days. You will receive tracking information as soon as your order is dispatched.
You may return items within 28 days from the date the customer receives the product in person. Returns requested after 28 days will not be accepted.
To be eligible for a refund:
• Items must be unused, in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
• Please include a completed return form with your package. Returns without this form may not be processed.

Important: Due to hygiene reasons, beauty products are non-refundable and cannot be returned.
You can return your order using your preferred postal or courier service. We strongly recommend using a tracked delivery method, as THE AG by Arthur Gourounlian is not responsible for items lost in transit.

Sale items are refundable at the price paid at the time of purchase. Please note that repurchasing the item may incur a higher cost if the sale has ended.
We do not offer exchanges on returned sale items.
If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size, please:
1. Follow the standard returns process.
2. Once your return is refunded, you may place a new order for the correct size.
International customers should return items using a registered postal service and include the completed return form. THE AG by Arthur Gourounlian is not liable for international returns lost in transit.
